YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK


For most people, thought it be like to eat, drink, sleep, and all kinds of daily routines. Whenever, wherever, and in a state after all, thinking has become part and parcel of life. Without realizing it, our minds are forming what we
want to do, we feel, and we want it.
In "The Aladdin Factor" by Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen, said that every day, human faces more than 60,000 thoughts. And, the only one who needed large amounts of the mind is directing. If the specified direction is negative, then approximately 60,000 thoughts going out of memory in the negative direction. Conversely, if the positive direction, then the number of the same mind will also come out of the memory space into a positive direction.

Mind and attitude will bring up various images and emotions. Imagery and emotion that will trigger your attitude. And, the choice of your attitude in turn has consequences that determine what happens in your life as a whole. You are what you think, you are what you think. So, what do you think, that's what will happen. You are what you believe, you are what you believe. Therefore, if we embed into our minds every day are the things that are negative, then the impact will be destructive or damaging. Conversely, if we instill into the minds of the things that are good and positive, of the impact in our lives will be positive and constructive.

If you keep thinking about success and build confidence, you will feel strong and competent, then you will do your best. Conversely, if you think about the fear of making mistakes and insecure, you will do a bad thing despite the fact that you can do it well.
You will always be what you think. Life on the outside is basically determined by what is within you. Often what happens outside of you is a reflection and manifestation of what happens within you. Your mind can make you succeed or fail. Your thoughts trigger your actions, determine your life. What do you think are in your control.

Success and failure are options. If you choose success, then you must direct your mind towards the positive or in other words, "Positive Thinking". Positive thinking can be a preventative measure before you have the disorder, both emotion and cognition. Because, by thinking positively and have positive emotions, it means you avoid the negative emotions that impact is not good for physical or psychological.

Positive thoughts can not be detached by the action. Only people who has positive thinking which will act properly. When consciousness has been accepted by yourself, soak into the bosom or your subconscious mind, then you will act. That is, positive thinking and acting are inseparable. When people claim to have positive thinking but not yet acted, in fact he's not positive thinking. Conversely, when there are people who have acted properly and says no need to think positive, think positive he actually was, only he did not know what to think positive.

Why positive thinking is great? Therefore, positive thinking has a great impact and influence in one's life. When you start thinking positive, great power comes compensate for the way you think to keep doing good things in a good way. With positive thinking, you will be spared from the effects of a bad life. When you think positively, you will release positive energy to nature and nature will provide positive feedback as well. That way, you allow only positive thoughts into the minds and work within your mind.

The benefits of positive thinking has felt a lot of people. How much we already know the stories of successful people as a result of positive thinking, such as Oprah Winfrey, Tukul Arwana, Soichiro Honda, and others. In real life, positive thinking increases our faith in God the Creator, to think positively improve the health of body and soul, and positive thinking to reduce its active genes that could potentially cause disease. Positive thinking also makes a person more confident and better prepared to live a life boat, positive thinking makes a person not easily discouraged and more rigid, positive thinking makes a person have a sense of tolerance and empathy more. In addition, positive thinking can form an optimistic spirit and unyielding, and make our lives feel light and carefree. Therefore, starting today, decide to live your life with positive thinking.
