THE POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING


Positive thinking is not just an idea that is motivating. Positive thinking also has constructive effects which can be measured against the personality, health, energy level, and your creativity. The more positive and optimistic you are, the happier you in every aspect of your life.

Negative thoughts will bring the opposite results. Thoughts such as these would be to disempower you and makes you feel weaker and less confident. Whenever you think and say
something negative, you are actually handing over your power. You feel angry and defensive. You feel frustrated and unhappy. Over time the negative thoughts that can make you physically ill, even can poison your relationships with others.

Positive thoughts will give you a mental health and peak performance. Negative thoughts lead to mental illness and reduce effectiveness. Therefore, if you want to get a beautiful life, you should direct your goals on planting a variety of positive emotions in yourself and throw away the negative emotions.
 

Elimination of negative emotions is a very important step you can take in order to gain health, happiness, and personal well-being. Every time you have full control over your thoughts and feelings, and discipline yourself to maintain the thoughts and feelings are positive, your quality of life, both mentally and physically, will increase. Absence of negative emotions will make your mind automatically filled by the positive emotions that generate feelings of happiness and satisfaction. 

In person there are two sides, namely positive and negative thinking. Positive thinking is to put all the things that happen to themselves and relationships with others. Why positive thinking is great? Positive thinking has a huge impact and influence in one's life. When we begin to think positively, great powers will come compensate for the way we think to keep doing good things in a good way.
 

With positive thinking, we will be spared from the effects of a bad life. For example, when we experience suffering on the lives of ourselves as individuals, we will be faced with the feeling upset, angry, and sad. This is where we show the attitude of a personal problem. Whether we choose to think positively or negatively. If we choose to think negative, then our attitude will feel upset, angry, and saddened by the suffering that we receive. As a result, we do not solve the problem, but rather complicate and certainly will not find a way out.

Conversely, when choosing to think positively, then there is a reception that followed the sincerity of the problems we are experiencing and feeling to have to fix as soon as possible with the best path. There was no sadness or despair in it. By itself, we will feel stronger to face suffering or trials that hit. The next example is when we are troubled by someone else. Believe and think good to others is certainly not an easy thing. Especially today. 

With all the difficulties we face in this life, it is very important for us to get used to thinking positively. Not only useful for our health, but also for our children. Everyone in this world must have experienced depression at least once in his life. Depression is a normal state of emotion we feel when faced with uncertainty and obstacles of life that does not fit with our wishes. This is caused by several factors, such as trauma and shock of a sudden. In fact, until the little things, like lack of sleep and the holidays are delayed, can also induce depression. The key to avoid this is to prevent negative emotions by changing lifestyles and behaviors. We should have a positive outlook on life. If not, then the depression will always win. 

People who think positive always follow a game plan in life. If we wait for life takes us somewhere, we will fall into the trap of hope too much and become disillusioned quickly. With a set of concrete goals and realistic, we have made ourselves a standard to achieve a clear period of time. First time we reach the goals, positive thoughts will start to appear with the capabilities and skills. And, best of all is the level of confidence.Another thing that many people are looking for and defend freedom. Freedom is something that is most valued by all people. The freedom to think will grow as we expect, certainly in a positive way. When we become very dependent on others, we will think destructive and become lazy. Therefore, cultivate the attitude of independence as soon as possible. Take responsibility in life and action you take. Once you feel able to control life, you have started your journey of positive thoughts. 

When you're having problems, always remember to think positive like this: "You are what you think, and you feel what you want." By doing this, you will always be a winner in good times and bad times when a survivor .Actually, all the problems existing in our mental. Depending on how we deal with mental problems. When we become sad, it is a choice, whether we want to be sad or whether we want to remain calm and react more wisely. However, we tend to choose something futile in our mental when a situation happen to us, so it has become a habit and cause us to think, "Something bad has happened to me and it's all because of that person". 

Then, how do I change it? The trick is to change our mindset, that is by practicing as often as possible to change our mindset from negative to positive at all times. Always think:"I have a choice in my mental in addressing something. Do I want to address something that happened to me with a sad and negative and tend to blame other people and can cause me to be a 'fall' in my mental, or do I want to address something that happened to me with positive thoughts and feelings that whatever happens to me it is good, so I will not be upset and blame others for anything that happened to me. All things good and bad that I received it I deserve. Because, it is karma that I have learned over the deeds I've ever done. What do I plant, so shall I reap. "
Do not let our minds take us, but ourselves we have to bring our minds. We must learn to control our thoughts and mental. As a wise man once said, "Those who can beat others is a strong person. However, they can beat himself is a wise man. " 


If we think negative and the result is negative, we will lose. But, if we think positive and negative results, then we will continue to feel happy. The power of positive thinking is amazing. However, it all depends on what the force of our positive thoughts and efforts that we do. With positive thinking, there will be a belief in God and if He had intervened in every deed we do, there will be no such thing as impossible. 

It takes time to get used to always think positive, because early on ourselves are familiar with negative thoughts, how about when this happens, how will that happen, and so on. However, nothing is vain to think positively. It is precisely by thinking positively, there will be a lot of benefits that we can feel.
