BOB SADINO BUSINESS CAREERS

Well, in business, an entrepreneur must have various characteristics reliably and work in this way.
First, high confidence to seek revenue and profit through the work done.

Second, willing and able to find and "capture" favorable opportunity, then take advantage of that opportunity.

Third, work hard and diligently in order to produce goods and services

that are more precise and efficient.

Fourth, is able to communicate well, can haggle expertly products, and can carry out consultations with various parties, especially buyers.

Fifth, to handle business in a planned, honest, thorough, and disciplined. Sixth, the love of business and the company's straightforward and tough, but flexible enough to protect it.

Seventh, could increase the capacity of self and companies with ways to utilize and motivate others (leadership or managerialship), as well as expansion and business development with a moderate risk.

Eighth, get to know and control the environment, and foster mutually beneficial cooperation with various stakeholders with the company.

Basically, besides all that, there are at least four paradigms that can make an entrepreneur become successful or superior level of business competition is getting tighter.First, he must be able to predict the possibility in the future. Therefore, the entrepreneur must be full of ideas, as if he just saw an opportunity and customer satisfaction.

Second, he should be able to quickly adjust to work environment and business environment. It is believed will make the company continue to survive.

Third, he must understand the rule of the game. He should be dynamic in anticipation of a wide range of possibilities as the ability to control the game. It is closely related to innovation and the creation of new things in business. Changes in payment systems from post-pay mobile phone tariff to prepay a clear example of changes in the rules (the rule of the games) are very anticipatory.

Fourth, he should be able to continue the change of rules or forms that have been there before. Innovations made in the next few days will always be left behind. Well, the ability to update the product and the rules of the game is what can make it a winner.
