GET ANYONE TO BELIEVE IN YOU (THE SECRETS TO BUILD CREDIBILITY)

Once you make yourself liked, and accepted others, then eventually you make yourself be trusted by others. At this point, you will realize that it would be difficult for you to build a great life, if you just trusted the little things. And, you'll know that you will live in greatness if you are entrusted to the big things. Because indeed, the first step you need for easy form to success is to make yourself be trusted by others.

For example, if you want to become a successful businessman, then you need the trust of investors. In fact, in order to succeed in any relationship, you have to earn the trust of your partner. Your success
can be influenced by the beliefs of others to you. The fewer people who believe in you, the less chance you will achieve success. How people will invest their money to you if he does not believe in you? How did you feel loved by a partner if she does not trust you?

Now, try to think about yourself. Keep in yourself that you are all the noble persons who are building the trust of others. You train yourself to perform physically (both behavioral and speech) and the psychic as a reasonable person entrusted with something big.
You are a cautious person. You keep hearing that you are to listen carefully, you keep your sight for a good look, you keep your mouth to say good things, and you keep your behavior in order to do good things. To the person that well, would be entrusted to the good. To the person who is good at, it will be entrusted to only be entrusted to the good. Personal to be careful with her value, the value would be entrusted. And, to the person who missed the greatness of the life of the people, would be entrusted with greatness.
So, the question then is: What kind of earnestness you in building your self worth? What is the quality and size of the job that you can receive with sincere? And, for what task you give yourself for the good of other people's lives?

Basically, the size and quality of your assignment to yourself is the determinant of the size and quality of trust that can rest upon others to you. Then, who commissioned others to trust you? For people who are, of course you will answer God. Yes, He is All-Knowing your efforts to be of value to others. God will lift you to a degree that is more noble and move the hearts of all creatures are believed to trust Him personally.
Trusted by others is a wonderful and happy. The following story tells how wonderful it is believed the other person.

At one point, a cargo ship sailing in the Atlantic Ocean. In the stern of the ship, there was a little nigger boy. He was a janitor on the ship. At one point, the child is not careful, so he plunged into the ocean huge waves. He shouted for help. But, alas, the sound is very loud roar of the waves and strong winds to swallow up the small voice. No doubt, people who were on board no one heard any screams. Eyes wide, he saw the cargo ship is moving increasingly away.

However, the boy did not give up. That strong survival instincts make it hard to swim in very cold water. He took all his strength to pedal his arms, trying hard to keep her head above the water surface, while his eyes still wide-eyed staring at the ship. But the freighter was more and more away, a small point, and then finally did not seem at all. And, as far as the eye could see, just a vast expanse of the endless ocean.
Child labor is low. He was not able to swim again and he felt himself going down.
"Let go," her heart whispered to himself. That's when, in his mind will imagine the face of such a compassionate and friendly eye view of the old ship's captain.
"No! After finding out I plunged into the sea, the captain will definitely be back to help me! "He thought so, so he tried to mobilize all the strength left to swim again.

Finally, the captain realized that the negro boy was gone. After he made sure that the child was plunged into the sea, he ordered his men to sail back to find the child. At that time someone told her, "For a long time passed. Even if he did not drown, he must have been eaten by a shark. "Hear counsel, the captain was a little hesitant, but eventually she still decided to come back looking for the nigger boy. Then, there is another one who says, "it is appropriate this action only after a nigger child?" As soon as the captain at him, "Shut up!"
And, at the last moment when the negro boy was about to sink, the captain came on time and he eventually helped. When the Negro child is conscious, he immediately prostrated to thank the captain for having saved his life. The captain then bolster the negro boy and asked, "little boy, how did you survive so long in the ocean is very cold?"
Negro child replied, "I know you will definitely be back to help me, I know you will surely come!"
"How do you know I will definitely come to help you?" Asked the captain of the ship again.
"Because I know you are such a person!", Replied the boy.
Hearing the answer, the captain threw himself on his knees, prostrate before the negro child. Her tears were unstoppable again, laughing his face.
"The little boy, I did not save you. Instead, you have helped me! I am very ashamed"

Fragments of the story above, we know that is trusted by others is a joy. Try to imagine this happening to you. At the time of other people experiencing despair, the thought of him is you, and he sure will get some help from you. Is not that a joy? Therefore, keep the trust of others above yourself. Trust is very valuable and can not be assessed with nominal. But, if you can be trusted, then you will be invaluable as it can be trusted.

To be more clear, let us take the example of our leaders, to leaders of countries, regions, organizations, and others. Why does a person elected as a leader? The answer is because people can be trusted. We see the political crisis that hit the countries in the Middle East, such as Tunisia and Egypt, in early 2011. What causes such a massive revolution? The cause is none other than the country as the leader is no longer trusted by his people. If someone is not trustworthy, then the act of doing anything that would be always wrong, even if he did the action is right or good.

The trust will be able to reduce the potential for the conflicts in human relations. Therefore, establishing credibility becomes important thing to do. By Graham Jones, the credibility of a person depends on four elements, namely knowledge (10%), focus (15%), enthusiasm (25%), as well as care and concern for the audience or anyone else (50%). This means the way a person shows interest and concern for others is the most effective way to build credibility. Others will have more confidence in him if he did show interest and concern for the issues or concerns any other person.
